TheWrap, the leading entertainment news site for the digital age, in partnership with Newseum, the DC-based museum of news, is hosting a series of evenings devoted to debating the challenges facing the First Amendment in a new era of government and technology.
The series heads to the Computer History Museum in Mountain View California, Friday, November 3 where a panel of experts will discuss recent attacks against First Amendment-protected free expression and a free press. The panel will be moderated by Sharon Waxman, founder and Editor in Chief of TheWrap; speakers include Gene Policinski, chief operating officer of the Newseum Institute; Susan Seager, First Amendment Columnist, TheWrap; and David Snyder, executive director, First Amendment Coalition.
